IMPORTANT: Do not make any payment until we verify items availability and we send you a total.
SALES price discounts: Sales price discounts will be honored if paid for within three days of our sending you a recap of your order. If you do not supply us with a PayPal Email for a few days, the sales discounts may be deleted – at our discretion. Please pay promptly as we are holding out your selections. Thank you.
SHIPPING
First class Postal insured shipping is $6.50. Cabochon and faceted stones may be combined for one charge up to $99 of value. Additional cost for higher amounts of insurance will be added at $1.60 per hundred. USA only.
Large orders and/or heavier orders may require an additional postage and insurance charge. They will be shipped mostly by Priority mail at priority rates. You will know the exact shipping and insurance cost prior to payment.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted for 15 days after delivery. Items marked “As Is”, “Closeouts” or “Final Sale” cannot be returned for credit. Full refund will be issued for items received back in original condition. Shipping and insurance costs are non refundable. Contact us for a return number. The number must be posted on the outside of the return package for us to accept it. Any questions, please contact us above on the “Contact Page” or Email us.
ORDERS
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is not paid promptly after an invoice has been sent or if we do not receive requested responses from the customer.
Matching and special services
If we are requested to match items, we may charge 10% to 20% extra per numbered item. No charge on a quick match. Also, Sale discounts may not apply if we need to do this. It takes a lot of extra time to do matching. We try our best to accommodate. Our eyes may see the color or shades of color you want just a bit differently. You must understand that if you ask us to match stones. Returns are usually not accepted if you agree to accept our selections by Email. ……Rich and Debbie
